Still in hospital

I'm still in hospital iam in a bay of 6 old woman my blood white cells were at 1.3 and now they at 3.1 iam on I.V anti biotics three times a day till tues then I been on them for a week and iam on a nebuliser 5 times aday and 5 litres oxygen aswel I feel like giving up with it all all I do is fight my health

Slowly but surely, sounds like you're getting better already. Who knows, by Tuesday you could be back home. Think positively and you'll get better even quicker, you watch! Just a few more days x

Hopefully you'll catch a glimpse of sunshine soon but it's very natural to feel down in your situation - talk to someone, tell a professional how you're feeling as there may be something they can do. Feelings of hopelessness are part of depression which may be caused by your situ or lupus itself. There is no shame in asking for help. One day at a time Scotty. Xoxoxo

Hi Scotty,

Please dont dispair it sounds as if you are on the slow road to recovery and in need of a little laughter, we oldies are not all doom and gloom some of us live on the light side of life.

Keep your chinup the end of your stay is in sight it feelsa long time but with the rest of us rooting for you as we are it wont be long through a wet sock at the oldies and wake them up to life.

Good luck think of the rest of us and shout yes.

My hospital drama will make you laugh, my sonoring is terrible when I was admitted last September the patients in two wards thought there was night time drilling going on in the hospital and it took the giggling nurses to tell them that it was a patient 2 wards down from since then on my hospital notes it says please put in single isolated room.

Hope that gives you a bit of a laugh.
