Hey mate... I wonder have you guys experienced your breath and mouth smell like betadine?

nope! Sometimes a metallic taste, normally dogs breath 😂 mouthwash n brush of teeth fixes it 😄

Hi. Some meds can affect the sense of taste. I get a metallic taste from mine. I use Biotene mouthwash because it's gentle. X

yes you’re right, also having sjogrens doesn’t help. I use biotene mouthwash most of the time but also genidel when my mouth is sore. 😊

I like Biotene because it puts a coating inside my mouth. Some of my first Lupus symptoms were and still are constant mouth ulcers and the inside of my mouth peeling and raw. The immunosuppressant meds I'm on unfortunately makes it worse. X

yes, biotene is good, there’s quite a few different makes on the market that are also good. Always trial and error to find the one that works for you. The same as medication, never easy as one type doesn’t fix everything. Would be fantastic is that as to happen 😊
