Seriously you must concentrate and work really hard on the physio it’s is the single most important thing you can do for your recovery and starting it quickly will make a huge difference in your recovery. I know it can be difficult when your lupus may be active but the difference it makes can be truly amazing for .your recovery.Wishing you all the best for a strong recovery.
