When we went on a training course in the Bavarian Alps there was a car repair/ garage opposite the entrance for the main shopping area. It had it’s name above it in huge letters “WANKER”. I sniggered every time I went past it, like a schoolgirl. My aunt was North Walian and Welsh was her first language. There was a car parked outside her house and she said “who belongs to that car outside?” And I’m sure any Welshies on here will have heard that famous sentence “whose coat is that jacket?”

Haha, wouldn’t fancy leaving my car with that car repair shop! I’ve heard that expression in the Scottish Highlands too “Who belongs to this?” When a lost item is held up for example. Must be a Celtic thing! 😉😆xx
