Lupus Flare first in 5 years 😩

Hi everyone. The flare happened 3 weeks ago😟 I was devastated that this happened. The only indication I had was leg swelling but given I am working from home and not moving about much it definitely snook up on me ! Angry upset and the thought of all those tablets again really put me in a bad place !! However the reason for this post is 3 weeks later I feel so much better the steroids have kicked in I can actually move without being in pain and yesterday was one of the best days since the flare up😀 I saw the consultant yesterday and I’ve made progress in a short time the protein leakage isn’t quite as bad so that is the best news . My consultant is fab as I’m sure everyone else’s is . Passing on good happy vibes and success to everyone ❤️😀
