Hello my friends .just a quick update finally getting better from all the excitement over Xmas . Slowly the blood clot has gone and the infection. But have 30 percent scar damage on my heart . So still getting breathless at the littlest of things but hey ho. Feel like I am 85 scent stand loud noise now strange . But the Docters said with me having this wonderful thing called LUPUS!!! . My recovery might be slower due to the wonderful immune system . Scent even have a heart attack without that word coming up 😂 .still having problems with having long conversation and going up stairs but I will get there . Thank you for all the wonderful support and encouragement when I was in hospital feeling down .Barbara

.having had heart failure caused by lupus i know the what the breathless at the smallest of things is like.its a case of do a little something then rest slowly building up. I send you best wishes for a continued recovery barb .keep smiling xxx 🤗😘🍇💐
