That looks really sore. It's hard to make out what's going on here, but I think that you might need inpatient iloprost. Are you able to contact your rheumatologist?

Hey there - well that looks like my hands... and I have lupus/vasculitis according to my top Rheumy specialist in connective tissue diseases. Have you been to see your rheumy recently? I'd email him or the team your pics so he can see. If not get to your GP and ask for urgent referral if he thinks relevant... Your bloods been checked recently - if not the GP might do them first.. full blood count might show up low white blood cells...low C3 and C4 and not sure what else they do from GP perspective. Are you on any related meds? I'm on methotrexate (couldn;t toelrate hydroxychloroquine) and usually that helps and I don't get the lesions but I'm flaring and have been for over a month and have them again. V painful when they burn and split. and night time is awful as it is like hands are in a fire! Just go to your GP asap.. and get the ball rolling...your bloods might show pointers... ad maybe read up the lupus uk info on the site about what to say when you see your GP. Let us know how you get on? All the best, D

It is a flare....started nifedipine and lowplat....

Beside plaquanil dr has advised low dose steroids....so lets see what comes out of it....

Thank you so much for your advise which compelled me to consult rheumatologist...😊

That’s a “good” result. Nifedipine is wonderful. X
