I know that has been discussions about getting hold of a lanyard. I went to Sainsbury’s today and they had signs about the lanyards on the tills. I was sent to Customer Service who were able to give me one. There were no questions or need to explain why I needed one. This will be brilliant next time I am struggling with hands, brain or just generally.

Thanks for the info Hamptons..they definitely sound like a good idea 😀xx
I have one too. I bought mine for £0.99 at Disability Horizons. I have yet to try it but what a great idea. There have been several occasions where I have become very unwell in supermarkets and the response has varied considerably. In Waitrose twice the staff acted promptly and helped me to a bench, got me a glass of water and got a wheelchair to get me to my car. In Tesco I was ignored, staff walked by as I hung over a trolley. In M&S thankfully other customers helped quickly. In Morrisons I was shocked that no one offered assistance. Staff and customers stared and walked by. No wonder I shop online now.
