Sunflower hidden disability

Hi, I wonder if anyone knows how long does it takes to receive the sunflower badge from the lupus website, I ordered about 5 days ago and I haven’t received yet. I’m going away on Monday that’s all , there are any other places where can I get one ?

Mine took 10 days. I got an ordinary from Sainsburys customer service. Just asked and they gave it to me, no explanation needed.

Hi Melaxx ,

We had a significant influx of orders (around 350 over a couple of days) and the office has only been open part-time with just one member of team able to do the post. We did get fully caught up this week and all orders were dispatched over the last few days. If it didn't arrive today it will hopefully arrive tomorrow. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
