Lupus Rash?!

Has anyone experienced this rash with Lupus?! All over body not just my legs. I’ve had larger rashes that almost mimic burn marks but recently have been jabbing this full body rash.

i get these on my arms...dont know how i get them or when i get them..but they are itchy , i put a cream containing calamine , like prickly heat cream and they disappear after sometime. for me they come and go, i dont know when or why. but that really helps otherwise they itch n burn.

Yes, had it all over. From my toes up, It just stopped at the base of my neck. Took a while to clear with antihistamine as GP didn’t know what it was either.

My specialist thought it might be from the heat wave day when it was super hot. Going to try a cream and Hydroxychloroquine.

That looks just like the hives I have April through October. I have to take 2 antihistamines and two other meds just because they have anti inflammatory properties if I want to get through a day. My face and hands will swell if I don’t get it under control.

Allegra every morning helps. Benadryl when it starts to make my face and hands swell. I also use Flonase daily. Benadryl (or generic) spray works. I’ve been dealing with this for over 6 years.

I've have a really positive reaction to the Hydroxychloroquine. I've only been taking it for 3 days now and the rash on my arm has almost completely disappeared. My legs are still a little spotty and I still need to use a Benadryl cream but overall it's clearing up quickly so I would say ask your doctor about the Hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil).
