Hello All, I have not had a flare up in quite some time and was looking for some tips on managing. My hands and feet are very achy and I am exhausted but cannot sleep well (of course!) I have a 2 year old and 5 year old so it’s not always easy to rest.

I find lavender oil in a diffuser before bed and 7/11 breathing not only quickly induces sleep, but I stay asleep better too. I also find regular walks and yoga helps with my aching parts both in helping and more importantly preventing their worsening. I walk and do mommy and me yoga with my family. Hope you feel better soon. Sleep is so important but so hard to maintain with a young family :(.

Thank you for your reply. Luckily I am feeling better. I think I just needed some rest.
