I normally feel this coldness in the back of my chest, then it kind of radiates into the top of my chest and disperses.
Sometimes I get it up the side of my head or down my arms . It doesn’t hurt just feels so cold and only happens when I lay down. I’ve learnt that laying on my back helps stop it happening. It’s abit of a strange one and hard to put into words!
Can anyone relate to this?

Sorry, I can’t relate because all my coldness comes from Raynaud’s and doesn’t have that pattern. It sounds very disconcerting. Does it last long? Does lying on your back help?
It kind of keeps repeating until I lay on my back. Feels like possibly nerves maybe.
I can explain it almost like a labour pain how it comes and goes and disappears as it reaches its peak. It is such an extremely cold feeling that travels.
I thought maybe anxiety but it does go as soon as I move off my side x
