I normally feel this coldness in the back of my chest, then it kind of radiates into the top of my chest and disperses.
Sometimes I get it up the side of my head or down my arms . It doesn’t hurt just feels so cold and only happens when I lay down. I’ve learnt that laying on my back helps stop it happening. It’s abit of a strange one and hard to put into words!
Can anyone relate to this?
X
Sorry, I can’t relate because all my coldness comes from Raynaud’s and doesn’t have that pattern. It sounds very disconcerting. Does it last long? Does lying on your back help?
It kind of keeps repeating until I lay on my back. Feels like possibly nerves maybe.
I can explain it almost like a labour pain how it comes and goes and disappears as it reaches its peak. It is such an extremely cold feeling that travels.
I thought maybe anxiety but it does go as soon as I move off my side x
Strange. Needs a doctor really x
You can just imagine the look I will get when I mention something else 🙄😂
Got Hospital on Wednesday
Will see what he says. My skin is literally on fire today. Sick of feeling sick!!!!!! X
Big hug any help? xxx
Always, thank you 😘
It’s half term and I feel awful 🙁 x
And another one then x My heart goes out to anyone with children and these kind of disorders x
Have you ever attended a&e because you just can’t take it anymore ! I’m half debating whether I should 😢x
To escape your children? Hmm, best not because it’ll just be full of other’s kids. I often wished mine had an “off” switch.
If you are proper poorly and need A&E, of course.
I love my children dearly. I wish they could escape me , it must be tough on them. X
Aww No you really are the best mum. Really xxx
