I have lupus and I'm experiencing heart palpitations and high blood pressure. I'm currently on dialysis due to acute kidney injury. I think I'm having thyroid problems. Has anyone suffered from thyroid problems or acute kidney failure due to lupus nephritis? I'm currently on 4 blood pressure medicines (hydrolozine, atenolol, labetalol, and clonidine) but my blood pressure is still high... Mycophenolate Sodium.... and 60 mg of prednisone..
