So lovely lupies....after exposing my thoughts, feelings and emotions to the hundreds of wonderful people on this site and feeling so open, you can imagine the lack of sleep due not only to pain...

So after being awake since 3am, I would lke to share with you the amazing site of a sunrise outside my front door - the universe obviously believes that my strength will stay with me, it just needs some extra juice.....lol

This picture is for everyone suffering at what ever level, I hope it brings a warm smile and glow to you, even if only for a few minutes.

Beautiful! I often find that when I am at the end of my rope (or at least it feels that way) Beautiful Mother Nature has a way of reminding me of all the things I would be missing if I gave up and gave in to the despair. It is usually enough to do the trick for me to gather my wits and start climbing back up that never ending hill we call "life with Lupus."

Love sunsets- we have a nice view too! My main pick me up though is watching the birds flying to and from our bird feeder. I can get lost for hours !!
