Woman's hour, 21/1/16

I have just listened to today's Woman's Hour and the first item is about living with a chronic illness. It is so worth downloading. We will all identify in spades with the contributors!

Meanwhile, love and air hugs to all and here's to, hopefully, a pain free, fatigue free Thursday. Xx

Hi, thanks MusicTeach. Your post reads interesting, I'd like to search for it online. Which radio station? Date of original broadcast pls?

I live with a number of health conditions so I'm always looking for positive ways to cope or find support.

Morning, magsSLE! The programme went out yesterday, 21/1/16 and is on Radio 4, broadcast at 10am. It is the first item on the programme and I found it very comforting and informative. I think you can get it by going to BBC.com/woman's hour. However, I am really bad at technology, so that may be wrong! It deals with living either cancer and other chronic disease, but tells it how it is!

Air hugs!

Xx

Excellent George, thanks for posting the link! The cold weather has triggered Arthritis so the less time I spend searching online the better. Hopefully I can listen to the programme soon x

Thanks MusicTeach for info! I might reply later with a review. The more people who know about chronic illnesses & understand, hopefully the less frustrating for us who live with such conditions xx
