Join us in ONE HOUR (3pm GMT+1) for a World Lupus Day Pilates Session

Hi everyone,

Starting in one hour (3pm GMT+1) Mandy Springham is going to run a Pilates session specifically for the lupus community on Zoom. Mandy is a professional fitness instructor and she'll tailor the session to all abilities and have alternative actions for people who can't do certain things.

Pilates is considered to be an excellent gentle exercise for people with lupus and related conditions. If the session proves to be popular then it may even be possible to establish more regular, weekly sessions throughout the pandemic.

I will be participating in my London Marathon wolf costume! It may be worth taking part just to see my poor confused cats!

Well...that was brilliant. Thank you Paul, Mandy et al 👏👏.

Had a little trouble logging in then the internet dropped out...perseverance paid off and I managed to get into the second half of the session.

Would love to try this again if it's going to carry on 🤞.

No idea if anyone could hear me...if so, sorry for the cackling, manic laughter...and screeching!
