Hi Charles80

It depends before I was diagnosed with lupus I was just extremely run down, really tired, fatigue and had no energy to do anything. I would wake up most night suffering from night sweats, heart palpitations. I still have all this but its ten times more worse with lupus.

sorry for not being very positive

Hi,I have a Goitre with non toxic multinodular cysts around my thyroid gland,so far does not affect my thyroid levels, just needs monitoring.I have lupus, sjogrens, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis& osteoporosis also heart problems.Best wishes to you xxx

I have an underactive thyroid as well as raynards, arthritis, CMT and possibly lupus.

I had Graves Disease and now take thyroxine after having radio-iodine to bring my thyroid back under control.

Thanks everyone I've had sle for a good few years now but there also just testing for thyroid problems to see what's going on I put it down to my lupus but that hasn't been active for a couple of years but it would explain a lot if it's thyroid as well like my heart palpitations bad mood swings I've never had any hair problems with lupus but my hair has gone very thin this year there's a list of things related to thyroid but I just put it down to me being me! :)
