Hi all Lupey sufferers. I recently found out that Turmeric and black pepper is good for Lupas. I brought some capsules, I take two a day. This Sunday will be two weeks of being on it, so far no great changes. Oh if you decide to try them, it must have the black pepper in them, this is for the absorption, without it, it's useless.πŸ€

It will take months before you see some improvement, it won't be overnight. And even then it will be a subtle improvement but everything helps, so keep taking turmeric, it's brilliant for its antiinflammatory effect.

Turmeric is one of those spices that has many positive qualities. The black pepper should be no problem as I put it on everything. I believe it is used in Turkish foods.

Yes, thanks - found in supermarket. Had as a seasoning but not on its own.

can you get these capsules from health food shop or chemist?

Hello Madhead, I got my capsules from a Chemist called "Chemist Warehouse" here in Australia. But if you can go and buy yourself some Turmeric and black pepper you can make it up yourself and then have it in some milk or your desired drink. But Google the amount of turmeric to black pepper first. I read somewhere its best of course if you can take the natural stuff as opposed to capsules. I wish you all the luck in the world and I hope you benefit from it, as we are all different. It hasn't worked for me yet.

Good luck.πŸ€πŸ€
