Yes, I have the ridges on all fingernails, but strangely only one black line running lengthways on my right thumb.
I get dark areas in my nails. It is blood that has been released (according to my Consultant) and is a sign of the illness. My left big toe has been black for the last year for one third of the width. It is now working it's way out. I also have numerous, what I call, blood blisters in all toe and finger my nails. My fingers are also quite colourful and looks like I have been using various dye's.
Yes, I get these a lot, but only on my toe nails. It truly hurts, so much more than you would think as they are reasonably small
