I had pain in both heels before i feel ill i was on my feet for 8hrs daily then off for 5yrs and couldnt stand thought i wasnt fit. excuss the spelling plantus facitius inflammation of the heal. I had to go to ortho and they fitted rubber ish sole insert to put into my shoes i thought what a load of rubbish.... but they worked and it was wonderful. I would suggest to use different shoes everyday because your feet mould to what your wearing and if you use the same then they use the same pressure points and i think they are worse at night because thats when then swell. It took about 3 months to see the right people and improve. I was told it was related and they used extra soft insoles.( you will laugh when they put your foot on a piece of paper and draw round it and say it will be ready in 2 weeks really high tech......)but it works. Good luck

i get this in both my heels, very painful and sore and ankles and feet swell up and burn. i got peppermint foot cream, soak them in cool water and rub this on, doesnt cure, but soothes feet making it bearable :(

I get that in both feet my left foot is worse it is always swollen been told I don't have lupus but poly arthritis I've done so much research into lupus and I know I have it even though all bloods have come back negitive, I don't know what other tests I can have done my upper arms have a dull ache pain I can't even change bed sheets I can't carry shopping bags as it feels like someone is pulling down on my arms. I'm sorry to go on, my GP still doesn't know what is wrong with me I've been on steroids and NAIDS and nothing is working.
