What benefit can I claim.

I have had my ESA Benefit stopped, and my housing benefit a week before the letter arrived. I did my health assessment and scored 0/15. I showed a letter explaining I was due to see a doctor at the hospital, to see what was to be done. I have a severe wearing to the lower base of my back and am awaiting injections for this. After 6 months of injections they are going to operate to burn the nerve ends off. My doctor has signed me off and I am not fit enough to work yet they have given me 0/15 points and stopped my benefits. What can I do ?

All you can do is appeal. I'm sorry, I don't know what else to say.

The ESA are a law onto themselves. Under this government a doctor's or consultant's word does not mean anything anymore. Not only are they calling you a liar, they are calling your doctor a liar too, which totally undermines his/her professional role and judgement. This government is hell bent on bringing this country and everything that is good in it to its knees.

You must appeal.

you must appeal straight away and try and get as much medical evidence as possible photo copy everything and send it off,
