Hello I just bought this vitamins last night and just started my second dose and just like last night i got really sleepy after taking them... I felt tired and relaxed and didnt wanna do anything but sleep and it recommended taking 3 gummies daily... Anyone tired gummy vitamins or any other multivitamin that causes sleepiness?

It seems highly unlikely to me that a single dose of vitamins was the cause of your sleepiness. If vitamins did that, I suspect many doctors would be prescribing and recommending them and there would be warnings on the packets about not driving...

It was probably just coincidence you felt they made you sleepy. Not sure there's much evidence they help with skin, nail and hair either - most people get all the vitamins they need from their diet.
