Tilapia Loin with Creamy Dressing, Asparagus and Whole Grain roll

The roll is an oatmeal roll made with whole wheat and spread with EVOO, a little salt and plenty of garlic powder; the asparagus was blanched then tossed in olive oil and topped with lemon zest and the tilapia loin is covered in a creamy herbal lemon aoli.

thank you! blanching makes the difference because it makes them greener and cooks without making them mushy!

Yes, they look nice and crisp. Can’t bear them when they are overcooked. I hope you enjoyed them!
