For today's lunch, we had: 2 gluten free waffles, extra crunchy peanut butter and a Greek Blueberry yogurt with diet lemon iced tea. Everything was really good and had lots of protein. The total carbs. for the meal was: 63.

Thanks, Debs for saying that. We have waffles every Sunday now and it's one of my favorite things to have for lunch once a week. I really like the crunchy peanut butter and having a different flavor of yogurt on the side each Sunday. Sometimes, I have a Peach flavor or Raspberry Greek yogurt, but when the number of yogurts with those flavors are running out, then I have a different one now and then.

I would say Strawberry, I used to love peach or mango but can not tolerate either now

All those sound good. Strawberry Greek yogurt is one I like, but it depends on how watery it is…. Some brands are thicker than the others we get now and then from the store nearby.😀👍
