I had my first figs this season from my potted fig trees! Yummy! Had them for breakfast with yogurt and local wildflower honey. Best breakfast ever!

Have to net them today as my local chipmunk thinks so too!

Sounds lovely. I was thinking of trying figs with my porridge and mape syrup, I will definitely try now

I've never eaten fresh figs, but have read about growing them. What is your growing zone?

Zone 6. Mine are Chicago Hardy figs. They winter in my unheated garage just fine.
