Good morning folks, I often have button mushrooms with breakfast as I really like them when they're slightly crunchy but I've been eating a lot of chestnut mushrooms recently and they are fabulous for breakfast so here's a photo, the bread is home made GF, made with GF bread flour, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and ground linseed.
