This heavy meal offers a chance to skip a meal since i have a field job and really want to avoid restaurant foods.
I couldn't eat that amount of food in one go. I would be left uncomfortable and bloated. Not to mention constipated with eating 4 boiled eggs at once.
I eat small meals 4/:5 times a day. What do others do ?

I dont feel bloated or uncomfortable
I dont have the facility to take 4-5 meals a day
I follow low carb ketogenic diet.
With this qty i am able to avoid Lunch & take some nuts only at lunch time
