I hope everyone had a breakfast that satisfied you and was a good start for your day! What’s your favorite breakfast?
I had Greek yogurt bowl - I made it look pretty! 😂💕 Recently, I love yogurt more than oatmeal (my usual go-to)!!
For some reason, my strawberries and blueberries aren’t lasting very long when I get them from the store. Anyone have any tips to keep them not molding? 😅

That looks like a wonderful breakfast. I love Greek yogurt and hard boiled eggs when I'm at home for breakfast. If I'm on vacation, I go for items that are high in protein and low carb..
To help with the fruit issue... When did you get the blueberries and strawberries? What's the Best Before Sales Date?
Thank you! It hits the spot!! I haven’t had a boiled egg in awhile; I should add them to my breakfast repertoire.
I’ll have to double check. I bought them maybe the day before yesterday? They don’t have a date on them. But they do have a QR code to trace them back / see where they were grown.
I make my own oats nuts and seeds soak them overnight with milk. I’ve been using frozen berries due to the lockdown and they are really nice I add my own home made yogurt for topping it’s my favourite meal of the day
Wow, that sounds amazing! I haven’t ever done overnight oats... but I’ll have to give them a try now. I only have frozen berries now too. Thanks for replying!!
Homemade bread is so good!! I used to only have my grandma’s but I’ve been trying to make my own recently. 😊😊 thanks for replying! Hope you had a good breakfast today too.
That seems like a full day of good meals!! I miss having a steady stream of black coffee at work. I definitely agree with having a chocolate treat to end a good day 😂 Hope you had a great day today
