Hi everyone,
Here's what I made for dinner tonight. Its a curry made by sautéing diced onion diced peppers with garlic and baby plum tomatoes I then added cooked green lentils some frozen mixed veg and diced curly kale. I added curry spices with ginger celery salt a table spoon of Thai sweet chilli sauce thats vegan and gluten free. I thickened by adding a desert spoon of gram flour mixed with a little cold water and then added more water when its a paste anklet out cook slowly away as I like a slow cooked curry.
As you can see the sun shone through my kitchen window which I thought was rather nice. 🌞
