Here's what I had for dinner tonight, its a curry made with onions tomatoes mushrooms mixed frozen veg red lentils curry spices including nutmeg thickened with a little gram flour and cooked in my slow cooker.
I had it with wild rice and red rice cooked together and Raita which's diced onion cucumber in plain yoghurt.
The curry is gluten free and plant based.
