Hi everyone,
Here's what I made for dinner tonight it's a vegetable curry with onions mushrooms tomatoes with frozen mixed veg and frozen broad beans I love broad beans. I thickened it by adding a little gram flour to the onions etc in the pan then added water seasoned with curry spices I also like adding a little nutmeg to curries and some spicy dishes.
I cooked some dark red rice with brown wild rice and the colours compliment one another I think. This is gluten free and plant based and nice and healthy.
