These are what we had done with my Niece today after lunch for Thursday Cooking. They are gluten free and taste really good. We gave some to her to take back to her house to share with everyone else. We have some extra for either tonight's dessert or in the next few days. I really like how they came out.

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Homemade Cookies: Thursday Cooking
They do look good Leah
We had some for dessert tonight. I will post about dinner soon.
I enjoy spending time with my Niece and having her help with cooking. It teaches her what I can and can’t have for certain things.😀👍👍
Thank you for saying that about the cookies.😀👍🍪
These are so delicious with a nice cup of tea Leah. 😋 I’m glad you had fun with your niece and that’s perfect for a Thursday Cooking afternoon. 😁👍
Thank you, Koko! We have a lot of fun cooking different types of meals and snacks together. She test tasted one for a snack and then my parents and I had one each for dessert tonight with dinner.😀👍🍪
You’re welcomed Leah. That sounds fun. I think I prefer sampling for varieties than eating the real meal. 😂
They look really good. Do you have the recipe please?
Yes, it was really fun cooking them with my Niece. She enjoyed helping us and taking a few home with her this afternoon.😀👍
Hey Leah, your gluten free choc chip cookies look real good.
I made some gluten free vegan choc chip cookies yesterday and the recipes on VFL:

Its great to pass on cooking and baking skills to our siblings so good for you and you all enjoy your efforts, 🍪😊
Just read the post on the Vegan Forum...I've discovered Moo Free chocolate too! It looks like yours has toasted almonds on top?
I'm not very good at baking. I find that using gluten free flour makes everything very dry. Do you have any tips to stop this happening please? I also use pure spread.
Hi happytulip i often put flaked almonds on cakes and cookies so yes they’re then toasted flakes. Now I can answer your question as this is the best vegan shortbread that I’ve made, please see:

The moo free chips are really good my favourite vegan chocolate by far is Vego bars:
I’d use the recipe with vegan cream or milk for a softer biscuit, I’m very pleased with these anyway. 😊
That's a good idea to add soya cream to any recipe I guess. Thanks for the tip! I'll give this a go when I can. I need to order some more chocolate.
I ordered the Moo Free big selection box in Dec as a Christmas present to myself. It had alot in and wasn't expensive given the quality. I told myself that it had to last at least 6 months. But it was gone by the end of January 😳. I don't generally eat alot of sweet things or sugar but it's good to do every now and them. Thank you!
They look delicious Leah
😁
Im glad to hear your baking labour of love with your niece yielded delicious cookies
