Hi everyone,
I have a special vegan friend visiting soon so I want to make some really nice shortbread so have been experimenting. This recipe uses 3 main ingredients, with choc chips and flaked almonds.
300g white gluten free plain flour 200g Pure sunflower vegan spread 100g Demerara sugar and around 75g Moo free baking drops, spread in a pyrex dish and tray baked for 20/25 mins until cooked through.
I'm off to sit in the garden with tea and cookies now... π
