Hi everyone. This is what I had for dinner tonight. It’s a gluten free and vegan meatloaf, baked potato with peel, green beans and a gluten free chocolate chip cookie. It’s 63 total carbs. when you add the cookie in for dessert. I will have the leftover meatloaf for lunch tomorrow. It was really good and nice to have after many years of not having meatloaf.
What did you have for dinner tonight?😀👍
Stay safe, happy and healthy!😀👍
