Homemade Gluten Free Cookies 🍪

These are the chocolate and peanut gluten free cookies my Niece and I baked before lunch today. They have no flour for baking. They’re really good! We will give some to be given to my brother when my Niece goes home this afternoon.

Thank you. I’m looking out for your email. I was about to make some cookies for my 2yr old granddaughter yesterday, when I realised I’d given all my porridge oats and dried fruit to my son because I had just been diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease and need to be on a low fibre diet. Now I need to stock up on ‘baking for the family’ items!!! Margyb

Hi, Yes my granddaughter isn’t allergic to anything. It’s her paternal Grandma who needs Gluten free so I try to help with yummy recipes. Margyb.

Right now, it’s Sukkot. You eat outside under a‘tent’ with no sides for closing and eat different types of fruits and nuts.

Yom Kippur is a day of fasting/atonement/saying sorry and then eat at sunset. If a person has health issues, they can eat during the day, as usual.😀👍🌈
