I felt hungry and decided to have my lunch early today. 😁 I made my simplest protein butter lettuce wrap with my mixed vegetables. 😋
Ingredients are: diced water chestnuts, mushrooms, ginger (great kick for taste in this combo), cilantro, carrots, bell peppers, red and green onions. All sautéed in olive oil, garlic sauce, wine vinegar, one teaspoon of mushroom soy sauce and peppers.
Dessert: Oatmeal cookie with Jasmine tea.
I love having this combination of veggies with diced vegetable ham. It is light and fulfilling at the same time. ❤️
