Today I baked Potato wrap, loaded with plant based protein and veggies.π
There are two steps:
1. Potato wrap: grated potatoes (squeeze out excess juice), vegan cheddar cheese, eggs, black pepper and chopped parsley. Baked for 15 mins at 350F.
2. Stuffings: cooked beefless ground plant based protein, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes paste, paprika spice, and hot chili pepper flakes.
Role into a healthy version of a burrito. No oil was used.
Midday Dessert: Tea and berries yogurt cake.
