Today I made meatloaf out of my extra stuffings from my potato wrap. (Stuffings: cooked beefless ground plant based protein, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes paste, paprika spice, and hot chili pepper flakes.)
I just need to add a little bit of almond milk mixed with gluten-free breadcrumbs and bake it into meatloaf. ππ
I like to have with mixed veggies salad, avocado and cucumbers. π₯
Midday Dessert: JasmineTea and variety of fruits I can find in my fridge. π
