Today I made meatloaf out of my extra stuffings from my potato wrap. (Stuffings: cooked beefless ground plant based protein, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes paste, paprika spice, and hot chili pepper flakes.)
I just need to add a little bit of almond milk mixed with gluten-free breadcrumbs and bake it into meatloaf. ππ
I like to have with mixed veggies salad, avocado and cucumbers. π₯
Midday Dessert: JasmineTea and variety of fruits I can find in my fridge. π

Yesterday I was thinking about how my transition to non-animal meat diet so easily. I used to not into cooking, somehow back then when I touched the meat and cooked giving the feeling, the smell that I donβt like. So subconsciously I didnβt like meat, hence I enjoy cooking these days more.π€

Yes I can always make salad cream and this one I used one of my fav poppyseeds salad dressing.
I am going to test out some recipe for cold dessert during summer time. π

I just cut it in half and toss it in there. Itβs Chinese eggplant so itβs the skinny kind. Not the big eggplant you find in American stores. Itβs easier to cook
