Hi Everyone, hope your day is joyful always! πŸ€—

Today for the first time I made chili for my Thursday meal. πŸ˜‹

Main ingredients: onions, tomatoes, chilli, black beans, bell peppers. I add almond flour for thickening and some coconut milk.

I am going to have with Black rice mixed with Basmati rice.

Dessert: Mango and Jasmine Tea.

🀩 that looks like one delicious dish. I’ve had vegetarian chilli one time before and I liked it a lot. That purple rice is dope. I would totally eat that and the portion size looks very satisfying ☺️

Yes I would eat ur first time make chilli. Knowing you have a knack for healthy ingredients and taste. I had egg fried rice and fried potstickers for lunch yep

Yes I try to incorporate healthy ingredients into my diet now being in HE community. ❀️
