Here’s what I made for dinner tonight, I cooked 2 large parsnips with a spring green cabbage with a diced onion. Then I drained it and mashed it with some gram flour and an egg before shaping and coating in gram flour and cooked them in a little olive oil.
I had 2 with a simple salad of lettuce baby plum tomatoes spring onions and some grated cheese. I enjoyed it and it’s nice and healthy. 🌈😊
That's fantastic to hear, Hidden ! I always make 6 salmon patties so I can two each time. I use almond flour for the patties and some mustard on top instead of sour cream/dressing. For latkas, I use either dressing or Greek yogurt on top for subbing for sour cream.
They are with the salmon and its bones mixed in with everything else to add calcium! Also, has lots of protein, too. We have to cook more tomorrow for dinners and maybe a lunch here and there.
Thank you Zest Ive only just got the notification of your reply 😊
