Hi everyone,
I guess its because its quite chilly that I cooked a vegetable stew in my slow cooker for dinner tonight with lots of veg some from my freezer and I made some GF dumplings.
Here's the recipe for the dumplings:
100g S/R gluten free flour 1 egg a little seasoning I used low salt bouillon and parsley and chopped onion. Mixed thoroughly and rolled into balls with a dusting of gram flour and parsley, they came out nicely I thought.
