I guess its because its quite chilly that I cooked a vegetable stew in my slow cooker for dinner tonight with lots of veg some from my freezer and I made some GF dumplings.
Here's the recipe for the dumplings:
100g S/R gluten free flour 1 egg a little seasoning I used low salt bouillon and parsley and chopped onion. Mixed thoroughly and rolled into balls with a dusting of gram flour and parsley, they came out nicely I thought.

Hi Hidden , now that's a perfect choice of evening meal for a chilly day, is it June or have I slept through Summerπ. Honestly it's felt like Autumn today.

No Fat? I have vague memories of Suet dumplings. How do you cook them?
I cook them just like suet dumplings the eggs have enough fat so these are gluten free and vegetarian. I just add them to the stew and let them cook. ππ
