Here's what I made for dinner tonight, I cooked some red lentils put them in a bowl and grated in a large organic potato a little sea salt black pepper and mixed with a couple of desert spoons of gram flour so it went sticky then I shaped it coated it in a light coat of gram flour and gently cooked in olive oil until the outside went crispy and golden. I love cooking with grated potatoes as they cook quickly and the outside is lovely and crispy so the best of both worlds, I had it with some mixed veg.
A great alternative to a burger and its gluten free and plant based. π
Thank you Zest I was pleased with how they came out. π
They look really good Jerry as does the lovely plate of vegetables. What an excellent way to prepare potatoes.

Thanks Alicia, grated potatoes make a great alternative for a cottage pie as the topping is crispy and hot pots. π

Yes you're so right and something I've never thought of doing. When I used to eat meat I topped half of the cottage pie with sweet potato (my side) and the other half with normal potato (hubby's side).
Another great easy recipe Jerry, I will make double the quantity I need because I guarantee my veggie family nearby will come in and eat most of them, like they did with your last veg stew! You got a gold star for that!
