Hi everyone, hereโs what I had for dinner tonight itโs green lentils new potatoes baby carrots mixed peppers red onions with ginger black pepper and a little chilli, I mixed a gravy with rice flour cold water mixed to a paste added the spices with a little yeast extract and more water and baked in the oven.
I love baked food like this as itโs easy and tasty. Stay safe and well now folks. ๐
That looks lovely my mam made a similar one in her slow cooker but she kept taking the lid off and saying nothings happening lol I said it's a slow cooker she said it's to boring like watching paint dry lol she took it back to shop, the legumes she's so trying to eat as I mentioned reduce inflammation which helps stop cholesterol and vein blocks and lots of things it tasted lovely I made a dumpling out of flour and cold pressed rapeseed oil I just guessed put it in microwave and it was lovely I used to be a cook and have a qualification in nutrician and healthy eating and read many books which I love more than internet education, sorry I just realised no commas in my message hence another babble, I am a very healthy eater and hope to help people on here as some really don't understand and it's damaging there health, I'll put some meals on tomorror ๐

I eat tomatoโs , red peppers , lentil, beans and other and whole grains and seeds, but I am concerned now after reading about lectins and gut leaks and tears, could you clarify please Jerry.?
