Hi everyone, here’s what I made for dinner tonight and with fresh vegetables bought in my local shop. I cooked onion mushrooms and tomato in a little olive oil to soften then I thickened with a little gram flour and cold water with yeast extract ginger black pepper celery salt. I added the cauliflower leeks chopped potatoes lentils and baked in the oven.
This is gluten free and plant based and I had some green beans with it.
