Dear Fellow Foodies,
Tonight I had a lovely Pork Chop, one with some Kidney attached😋. I cooked this with, a few, New Potatoes- cooked with the skin on. I also cut a Largish onion into 'rings' and gently fried them, in butter. In addition I made some Gravy, from the meat 'juices'- having removed most of the fat. I didn't use much, of the gravy, I put some on the spuds mainly. The Chop was Beautiful, even if I 'say so' myself.
I hadn't cooked 'Onion Rings' for some time.... and I was Very Pleased, with the result...... Yum, Yum! In all a 'Thoughly Enjoyable' meal.
