Couldn’t do a roast today but had some pork loin to use up so did Vietnamese pork with stir fry (carrot, spring onion, pak Choi, beansprouts and sweetcorn) and black rice - 6 of 5 a day and was very filling. I used liquid aminos in place of soy sauce and will not be going back!
