Today I was going to make a Chilli-Co-Carne..... WAS going to..... I chopped the onion, fairly finely, added some garlic and started to fry it all. Next I went to Get Out the 'Chilli Sauce' and Red Kidney Beans...... Trouble! I haven't any😬. Like HOW could I NOT have 'those' ingredients? I checked around and DID have one jar of Bolognaise Sauce, a tin of Tomato Soup and both vegetable, and chicken stocks. Oh well the BOLOGNAISE was Ok, but with Rice- which I had already 'put on'???
Oh well, it could have been Roast Beef and Jelly🤢. I'll probably have a 'Drop' more tomorrow.... with Pasta! Hey Ho....
