Here's what I had for dinner tonight, its a curry made with onions garlic tomatoes mixed beans and vegetables with coriander cumin turmeric black pepper ginger chilli celery salt yeast extract a little gram flour to thicken and left to cook nice and slowly.
I had some Thai sweet chilli sauce with it and enjoyed it as I like a nice spicy curry,
This looks really good and is a great idea for a meal. Glad you enjoyed it! Do you have any leftovers for tomorrow or the next few days?
One of my favorite curries we do here has a mango/coconut sauce and rice underneath with tofu on top. There's another sauce I personally like that's red colored, but my parents think it's too spicy for them. I think it was something with the words Mild Spicy for the title and they thought that was mild mild when they wanted to order it. I'm the only one who liked it!

That looks lovely Jerry, and sounds it as well. I have never tried celery salt - does it taste of celery? My Nut Luncheon should be here this week - I will be trying that for breakfast
Hi Debs thank you for this and I'm not sure about celery salt tasting of celery as I use it with others herbs and spices for flavouring so I guess it adds a little extra.
