Another Chili Con Carne, for Sharing

What do you 'do' when you have a Large Onion, two jars of 'Tomato & Chilli' sauce, a bag of Frozen Mice, an a few 'other bits'.... That's it you make a Chilli, then call your Neighbour, to share it, that's what.

Actually it DID Turn Out, quite well. One of our Staff 'came/popped in', to see me, and check the Carbon Monoxide Alarm- and she commented on how 'Nice' it smelt.

Has anyone tried 'Frozen Mince', I find it Very Good indeed.

I don’t eat meat but I use Vivera Plant Mince, which keeps its shape and doesn’t go mushy like most of the others.
