Here's what I had for dinner tonight its black beluga lentils with sautéed mushrooms and onions with diced tomatoes and some frozen veg in a chilli sauce made by adding some ground quinoa to the sautéed mushrooms and onions stir it in and then add some stock with chilli celery salt black pepper add the frozen veg and gently cook.
I had it with a baked potato and enjoyed it as its quite chilly here so this was nice and comforting, black beluga lentils are very healthy this is gluten free and plant based too.
Ooh yummy, that looks delicious Herry and what fabulous ingredients, I've never heard of Black Beluga Lentils. Those lentils are something I will try when I've finished the diet.

I bet you did Jerry (not Herry as above, can't you tell I was using my mobile😂). You really do know how to put together a decent plate of food.😊😋🌈
Jerry, I asked a few times but you don't reply. Is there any reason you don't want to say? It's fine if you don't, your choice, but would be nice if you would say as much, rather than ignore the question. Because it feels a lot like gas lighting.
