Here's what I had for dinner tonight its black beluga lentils with sautéed mushrooms and onions with diced tomatoes and some frozen veg in a chilli sauce made by adding some ground quinoa to the sautéed mushrooms and onions stir it in and then add some stock with chilli celery salt black pepper add the frozen veg and gently cook.
I had it with a baked potato and enjoyed it as its quite chilly here so this was nice and comforting, black beluga lentils are very healthy this is gluten free and plant based too.
